This establishment comprises seven floors and 106 rooms, along with a restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool, a dining area, a spa, and a car park.

ESTIMAR Benicasim, designed by the prestigious Fran Silvestre architectural firm, will be built in accordance with the standards of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), with the aim of obtaining LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. This international certification system focuses on the design and construction of sustainable, efficient and environmentally friendly spaces, promoting a model of responsible development committed to optimising resources and the well-being of users.
